ADoBo 2021 is a shared task on automatically detecting lexical borrowings in Spanish newswire, with a special focus on unassimilated anglicisms. This task was framed as a sequence classification problem using BIO encoding. Participants were provided with an annotated corpus of lexical borrowings.
